Using
techniques and training methods from the world of Martial
Arts, this programme will allow participants to learn a
few simple techniques whilst having a very effective and
satisfying workout.
A
high level of fitness, previous experience or indeed enthusiasm
for martial arts is not important. This is simply a fun
and interesting way to get fit, combined with a few useful
tips on self defence. Programme will be led by an experienced
and qualified instructor.
After
a gentle warm up and comprehensive stretching, participants
will do an invigorating stint of martial arts circuit training.
The
Instructor will then show you some simple yet effective
Martial Art techniques.
Through
a series of guided exercises, individuals will work in pairs
using hand held soft foam pads to learn and develop these
techniques for themselves, at the same time having a thorough
workout.
The
session will end with a warm down using Chi Kung Yoga (this
is not bend your self double and tie yourself in a knot
stuff, just gentle standing exercises focusing on the breath
and the body’s internal energy – Chi).
Participants
will leave feeling invigorated, confident and relaxed.

covered come from the World of Pofessional Mixed Martial
Arts Competition.
